{"id":92,"date":"2020-01-01T19:04:59","date_gmt":"2020-01-02T00:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bac.diohuron.org\/?page_id=92"},"modified":"2020-01-13T22:55:41","modified_gmt":"2020-01-14T03:55:41","slug":"conference-2019","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bac.diohuron.org\/?page_id=92","title":{"rendered":"Conference 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Brotherhood Anglican Churchmen members from across the Diocese met on April 27th at the Church of St. James the Apostle in Wallaceburg for their Annual Conference. <strong>Respecting Indigenous Cultures<\/strong> was the theme of the conference and speakers Rev. Canon Laverne Jacobs, Bryan Loucks, Myrna Kicknosway and the Rev Mark Loyal delivered. We learned a lot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Is the glass half full or half empty?<\/strong> A hydro outage for 5 hours challenged the participants and the\norganizers &#8211; but <strong>GOD<\/strong> provided. A generator that shouldn&#8217;t have been\nthere, was &#8211; and the conference went on without a hitch, Well, without too many\nhitches. Participants had the opportunity to enjoy Camp Coffee and Tea, a full\nLunch and Banquet.
